    INGREDIENT
    • - potatoes
    • - salt and pepper
    • - 4-5 tsp olive oil

    METHOS
    1) set the oven to gas mark 9, cut the potato lengthwise, then cut them into narrow wedges.
    2) brush the baking sheet with oil, lay the potato wedges in one layer on top, the brush them with oil and season.
    3) bake on the top shelf of the oven for about 20 minutes or until crisp.
