    Ingredients

    ½ can milkmaid
    300 gms chenna
    ½ tsp baking powder
    ½ cup flour
    3-4 sweet pan
    ½ cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    4 tbsp gulkand
    1 rose

    Preparation Method

    For sugar syrup, boil water and sugar together in a
    pan.
    In a bowl, add some chenna, flour and baking
    powder and bind them well so that there are no
    cracks.
    Then add milkmaid to this mixture.
    Give ras malai shapes to this mixture.
    Make a dent in the middle and fill it with gulkand.
    Put these gulkand - filled ras malai in boiling sugar
    syrup.
    Now take some sweet pan and grind them well.
    For sauce, add some milk and milkmaid in a pan
    and keep stirring.
    Add pan mixture in this pan and let it boil.
    Transfer the ras malai in the pan sauce.
    Pan ras malai is ready to serve.
