INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 cups fresh milk
- 4 tea bags black tea
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of cardamom
- pinch of clove, ground
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
PREPARATION
- In a saucepan, boil 2 - 3 cups fresh milk.
- Add 4 tea bags with a pinch of cinnamon, cardamom and clove.
- Optionally add 1/4 cup sugar, and let simmer until you get deep brown color.
- Strain and serve hot.
