INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon vegetable ghee
- 1 medium par boiled potato, cut into small cubes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili, diced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of ground coriander
- Pinch of turmeric
- Pinch of ground cumin
PREPARATION
- Heat vegetable ghee in pan.
- Add garlic and turmeric; sauté until onions are golden.
- Add potatoes and the remaining spices
- Sauté for 1-2 minutes and add 1 - 2 fresh farm eggs, stir and cook.
- Stir in coriander and dill.
