    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable ghee
    • 1 medium par boiled potato, cut into small cubes
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon chili, diced (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
    • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
    • 2 eggs
    • Pinch of ground coriander
    • Pinch of turmeric
    • Pinch of ground cumin


    PREPARATION

    1. Heat vegetable ghee in pan.
    2. Add garlic and turmeric; sauté until onions are golden.
    3. Add potatoes and the remaining spices
    4. Sauté for 1-2 minutes and add 1 - 2 fresh farm eggs, stir and cook.
    5. Stir in coriander and dill.
